So you have made the Spinach & Chickpea Patties and stuck for what to do with them? Why not make this super tasty, guilt free burger! No nasty additives, no hidden fats, just fresh and wholesome ingredients here friends.
This is probably the easiest recipe I have posted because you’ve already made the patties so now all you need to do is layer up all your favourite burger ingredients. For this burger I decided to go all green with lettuce, avacado, cucumber, gherkins (a must) and sprouts for added fibre and good digestion.

Then, because this was just too easy for you I threw in a homemade sauce. This sauce is a simple spin on tzatziki with yoghurt, cucumber, mustard, salt and pepper. That’s it! Easy peasy. The sauce is tangy, fresh and packed full of flavour to pull this burger all together.
