Yoghurt Burger Sauce

  • ½ cup plain greek yoghurt
  • ¼ cup grated cucumber
  • 2 tsp seeded mustard
  • salt and pepper

Burger Ingredients


Yoghurt Burger Sauce

  • Grate enough cucumber until you fill ¼ cup. Add the cucumber, yoghurt and mustard into a small bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Layering Your Burger

  • Cut your bread rolls in half and toast it either in a toaster, in a preheated oven at 180°C or in a saucepan until golden brown.
  • Re-heat the chickpea and spinach patties if you have made these ahead of time.
  • Spread the youghurt sauce on the bottom of the bread roll and layer up all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper, pop the top bread roll lid on and you're done!
